Today, rising hip hop artist and producer G-EAZY debuted his new track “Almost Famous,†the second release off his forthcoming album These Things Happen due out March 2014, and corresponding music video. * “Almost Famous,†produced by Christoph Andersson, takes listeners on a ride through the young rapper’s career thus far, from touring the country to wild after parties, while also proposing how much farther there is to go in his budding career. The track’s accompanying one-shot music video, directed by Bobby Bruderle, follows G-Eazy as he reflects back on his budding career thus far while pondering where he has to go. The clip nods to classic magazine covers, with tongue-in-cheek references to Rolling Stone, GQ, High Times, Hypebeast and more.
