I've been hearing this for quite sometime now but the only places that are open are Space, Goldrush, Players and Envy. There is also the Pawn Shop but it's a few blocks north of Space. I think it will be interesting to see what happens when Nocturnal finally opens up. Will Downtown be able to compete with Miami Beach?
