Guest pod
image stabilization, and you're not gonna find it at the 200 dollar price point. IS doesn't come into play until the $500 and up range...Canon A95...$272 but I would say it is worth it.

Bling
pod will reducing the resolution and upping the quality to "fine" make the pics less blurry on my camerai notice it allws me to take 51 pics instead of 26 when i had it on normal....if i move it to fine and the larger resolution its like 14 pics onlywhich will produce beeter picsfine image quality or resolution ? Guest pod
Keep your camera at it's top resolution and quality. What you are seeing isn't blurriness necessarily, but compression artifacts.

Pod was nice enough to print out a single image for me of a 4MP pic i took, and blew it up to 9x12. No artifacts at all. Canon is your choice. If you can get the S410 at that price, get it. I thought it was discontinued, but I guess there is some stock still out there.Bling, here are some example pics from my cam taken in different environments, including one you took yourself with my cam. Colors come out great with this cam and pics are quite sharp.http://img152.echo.cx/img152/8761/volvo16ck.jpghttp://img152.echo.cx/img152/8828/volvo23mo.jpghttp://img60.echo.cx/img60/3315/img16966ch.jpghttp://img60.echo.cx/img60/3782/skyline5xn.jpghttp://img145.echo.cx/img145/5060/liberty0ph.jpghttp://img145.echo.cx/img145/3456/img19769ns.jpg

Guest skylar14
ok went to hardrock and tried the new settings ugh still suck.. blurry..... this shit sucks hope to have new camera by end of month bling, you should prob. just spend a lil' extra dough for a camera that's good quality and will last you a long time...that way you wont have to keep replacing it. i have the canon sd20 (5mp), which im sure you can find for $300. as for the low picture count, just invest in a bigger memory card that way you wont have to worry about how many pics you have left. ;D
Guest pod
Load 'er up with a 512 MB card at least.I'd also recommend the Canon S70. A good friend of mine has it and she loves it.

NewFoundLive
Bling,Look into the Minolta Konica DiMAGE G600 - it is a 6mp camera and it is VERY compact. If size is a factor this is one of the best choices
