Guest barstar diana
Casino, Mühlenstr. 26-30, T 29 00 97 99, S-Bahn Ostbahnhof, S-Bahn Warschauer Str. Fri and Sat from 2300. Don't be put off by the appearance of this warehouse club. The corrugated iron walls rising up from what looks like a deserted car park are enough to put anyone off but, despite this, Casino still packs them in with live techno and drum 'n' bass acts such as LTJ Bukem, Dr Motte and Paul van Dyk (resident DJ). As well as the main floor there is a lounge upstairs and other chill-out rooms with regular live DJs. Check the website for the programme. which club do you think rocks? Guest michael^heaven
---I have two pics...<>Karloy Lazne>> www.karlovylazne.cz---Karlovy Lazne, with its five music clubs on five floors is the largest establishment of its type in central Europe. Karlovy Lazne; is also unique thanks to the original character created through the preserved historic interior of the building, which was built at the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries. Original mosaic tiles in corridors and on walls, mosaic murals in the main rooms and partially preserved spa facilities and pools in the style of the ancient Roman baths, which now serve as dance floors, minus the water, on two floors, combine with modern facilities and music to create an inimitable atmosphere that has made Karlovy lázně one of the most popular dance clubs in the Czech Republic. ---Apart from public baths, Karlovy Lazne; was also once home to a café and Karel HavlÃcek Borovský’s newspaper publishers. From the second half of the last century, the house was deserted and slowly fell into ruin. At the end of the 1990’s an idea was born, to reconstruct the dilapidated house, which stands just 100 metres from Charles Bridge, and turn it into a music club. The club welcomed its first guests on 1.12.1999. ---Each floor at Karlovy Lazne; is a separate club devoted to a specific style of music. On the ground floor is the now fully renovated Music café, devastated after last year’s floods, which is devoted to black music. Guests can also use six computers connected to the Internet here, free of charge. The first floor is a paradise for lovers of disco music. Popular DJs play guests the latest hits from the dance floor scene. Following the completion of recent repairs, Discothéque now has a new, futuristic design. Its main components are the drinks bar inspired by the shape of the American Stealth B2 - Spirit bomber, „bargraf“ (a giant equaliser) or a statute with „laser eyes“. Kaleidoskop’s programme will delight lovers of the immortal hits of the 60’s – 80’s. Paradogs Club is for fans of all dance trends. The best DJs from the Czech Republic and abroad present the best of house, trance, techno and other musical styles. Numerous special guests have already appeared here including Sonique, Luke Slater, Dave Angel, Dave Clarke, Gayle San, Mario Piu, Ben Sims, James Ruskin, Tomcraft, Taucher, Moguai, Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch, Percy X, The Advent, Gaetano Parisio, Marco Bailey, Oliver Klein, Dr. Motte, Marusha, Regis, Corvin Dalek, Thomas Krome, Funkstar Deluxe, Pete Heller, Space DJz, Billy Nasty, Marco Zaffarano, Bob Sinclar, Charles Schilling, Falcon and many more. The last floor belongs to calm, relaxing music. Chill out is an ideal place for a bit of relaxation after visiting the lower four floors. ---Karlovy Lazne; is the only music club in the Czech Republic with a permanently installed three colour laser, while all floors are equipped with EAW speakers. The specialist magazine, MONDO, rated Karlovy Lazne; as one of the best technically equipped clubs in Europe. <>Fabric>> www.fabriclondon.com (No introduction needed!!) Guest michael^heaven
I know that there are bigger clubs with nicer sounds systems. But its the vibe I get from the people and staff in the club.---I hear 'ya there^. Simons was like that for me back in the early '90's. Everyone in attendance was like family. Super cool staff & an owner that loves the music as much as you do. Not to mention, the best djs in the world every week, no set closing time, & guaranteed proper tunes...always!!
