Guest endymion
The Herald today has a two-page spread on Dr Andrew Weil. In it he mentions that washboard abs are unhealthy and warns against getting too lean.Huhwhat? Reading it in South Beach, that seemed like an alien concept. He said it can cause digestion problems. Hmph..

Guest LeVeL
From all the years of working out...I have never put too much focus on my abs. I am natural lean and I eat right, six pack abs are an understatement. And when it comes to Alcohol, I try my best to stay away from Beer since they dont give me a buzz anyways. Kamikaze1414779018
I will take my chances on being lean and in shape with lower body fat, rather than 230+ pounds and a heart attack waiting to happen. ;D
