i went

i liked it alot :)

alot of the stuff in the exhibit was not his, more related to his family members, you wont his great treasures

but there is alot of interesrting stuff go check it out

go see it... parts of that ancient civilization just blow my mind, and it's represented very thouroughly here. Also I believe the tomb and treasures only go on tour every ten years or so, so catch it while you can.

One thing, choose the time you go carefully.... we went during the week and it was still crowded. I think if you buy tickets online you choose a time during the day to show up.

i was an intern at the culture division of broward county at the inception of the tut exhibit, so spent tons of time with the PR of tut, as well as helping out the musuem...

having gone and knowing what went into this---i will say you all need to go

even if you're not into egyptology, all of the artifacts are going back to egypt forever after the conclusion of the exhibit, so you'll never get to see this kind of stuff right in your backyard again...

i enjoyed the miniature statues and "fake" artifacts the most, its amazing all the beliefs and death rituals they had
