(Check in the 25th, check out the 28th) It's at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club - McAlpin Hotel. http://www.hiltongrandvacations.com/ownership/resorts/southbeach.html#It's a great all suite hotel. On Ocean Drive, I'd say that the Hilton Grand Vacation Hotels and the Crescent Suites are definitely the nicest. I can transfer the reservation to whomever wants the room. It's booked at $250 per night (I've had the reservation since conference dates were announced, thus the low rate). For three nights + 13% tax the room comes out to be $847.50. The room is a 1 bedroom suite - with one master bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a Sleeper sofa (couch has queen pullout bed), a kitchen and bathroom. You can look at the pics online. PM me if interested. Transferring the reservation is simple (I verified it can be done and have done so before)...we simply make a call together and you give your credit card # to the reservation agent at the hotel and my reservation and card information is removed. Then, it's all yours. I will transfer the reservation to whomever offers the handsomest reward in excess of the $250 per nite + tax. You'd pay me a fee and then you take care of paying for the room (the $847.50 total) directly with the hotel. Think of paying me merely as a broker fee. Must be in NYC to meet with me to take care of everything, however. Everything is completely legitimate.
