I have to prepare my body for those sleep deprived - party filled nights

breakfast-cereal or omelette

lunch-sandwich

dinner-salad and meat

snowboarding jackson hole march 15-20

loading up on house sets for the predrinks/after parties

Also works quite nicely ... and for me at least, keeps me sharp and focused, as opposed to red bull which puts me in a daze.

hahaha oh yeah forgot-dead lifts, clean and jerks, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and calve raises forgot
