what exactly is it in e that gets u the way it does?

how long does it take serotonin to grow back and does it always grow or only when your sleeping?

MDMA is usually the ingredient in E that makes you feel the way you do. MDA is also used to make E. It usually takes about two weeks for your seratonin to replenish, or so they say. They say that you can speed up the seratonin production by taking 5HTP, but I don't really notice too much of a difference. to add to the previous, MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine) is the main active ingredient in X, and it stimulates the release of large quantities of serotonin in your brain. the serotonin is what generates all the feelings of love, empathy, bliss, etc... also, the amphetamine component is what gives the added energy, or speedy effect.
