It might give you more energy but the ephedrine and caffeine will put a strain on your heart. It will not cause the serotonin release that occurs with MDMA and which gives MDMA its effects so it will not feel like E. They call it herbal e simply for the fact that it keeps you awake but not not the fact that things get all trippy like lights and feeling.
