Guest LeVeL Posted August 22 Report Share Posted August 22 Yesterday they were talking in ESPN that there would be a BCS Playoff this year..is this even true or is this something ESPN just made up ?Because if we have a playoff then the #1 and #2 teams in the Country dont automatically play for the National Championship, which will flip everythign around and give underdogs the opportunity, it would be great for Sport. Usually the teams in the top 4 are the ones who are always in the middle of some BCS contorversy anyways..That would only tack on 2 extra weeks in the college football season and there's usually a 1 month break between the end of the season and the bowl games anyways. You can put those 2 games soemwhere in the middle of that time span. Or you can have only 1 during that time as to not interfere with the holiday season and then have the championship game 1 week after the new year..
