With a lot of tech-oriented projects like this, the last thing the people who develop it have on their minds is the publicity aspect of it. It's a problem in the tech world. Anything not directly related to the project, is not a priority. I've seen the coolest products and software, with the most horrid PR campaigns, and documentation. I'm a victim too.
