Bling Posted November 18 Report Share Posted November 18 With Johanna (not Maria ..... POD :), in town definitely wanted to spend some time with a very close friend of mine and show her a great time. After spending an entire day at Sawgrass shopping (damn thats draining lol) went over to Gryphon and met up with her brother Josh as well as Bruce and Diogo for some drunken fun ;DIvano and Charlie were on the decks getting the crowd shakin their asses as they do each week. First off, I will say I fuckin love Gryphon ( I know i say it a lot), this venue has limitless possibilities (from the best sound system IMHO that I have heard..... crystal clear and wont hurt your ears), to the perfect size and insane looking latinas... you cant go wrong.Albeit the music is definitly not my style at all, Gryphon is such a sick venue i dont really care.. PLus Pangeaa is right next door Did enjoy the Charlie Solana produced track.... that Ivano threw down that one got me moving . Also loved the Kryo... i never go to space so i do miss that aspect..... i was right under one of the jets as well... COLDDDDDDDDDDD Thanks again to Mayor for the list and taking care of me always..... You Xbox360 freak ;D Good to see Jimmy T as well who went to the Carlos Mencia concert. (must have been awesome.. def love that guy lol)The only thing I have to comment about Gryphon is that i would love to see on Saturdays (Fridays is Charlie and Ivano's nite), would love to see at least once a month a nice house event or booking.. Bring in someone like a Mark Farina to do a Mushroom Jazz set (At Pangeea esp), or a JojoFlores that sound system is just too sweet and hearing some nice jazzy melodies would be a treat in that placeend of rantSo yeah Pangeea def satiated my musical wantings on this nite. I dont know who the hell the dj was nor do i care but the hip hop and the ladies were off da chain. I danced my ass off. DJ even dropped some Bee Gees and Shakira within all the nasty hip hop..... Thanks to Swank for getting me "loopy for a bit" (very nice gesture of getting us a table for our small yet fun group)- myself, Bruce, Diogo, Josh and Johanna...great times.Pangeea is a great location....as well. though the dj booth placement is wack .... love the decor love the women and the sound system is decent enough. Wouldnt mind to see a nice house event go off in that room thats for sure...... or even maybe some old skool hip hop all nite long ;DWas ready to go to Nocturnal (even had my Local Celebrity shirt) but my bladder said "Hell no" lol.... couldnt even make it home had to rush to a gas station near my house.... demand the key to open the bathroom and run gingerly inside lol ......crazy.....Great times... always a pleasure going to Gryphon/Pangeea Pics soon ;D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We are actually working on some of the issues now. We are upgrading the entre Pangaa sound & lighting system in the next month in store for our 2 year anniversary coming up. Parking was messed up on Fri because of Carlos Mencia performing 2 sold out shows of 5500 people each.Last night was insane - wish you guys could have been there for this oneCostantion (Funky Junction) is rediculous - you guys have to come check him out.
