Highlight of my night was cheering Danny T into an encore of Depeche Mode even though it was supposed to be "American" Classics. Guest Marina22 Posted January 25 Report Share Posted January 25 I hear Sky is the "no hangover vodka", this info coming from a drunky friend of mine. There is no such thing as a "no hangover vodka". All distilled spirits (such as vodka) contain congeners, and these are partly to blame for the symptoms of a hangover. However, the more you distill a spirit, the purer it is --> thus less congers --> thus less hangover. For example Smirnoff is triple distilled whereas Grey Goose is distilled five times - you do the math. I drink vodka and know a decent amount about it but it's not always my staple, I like variety. I just felt like shite cause I had forgotten I took some pain medicine for my herniated disk. I only had three drinks but the vodka tonics I had tasted good, yum. That's also a great idea to have food at any events so people don't end up too drunk. : Nice to see some of you once again, you know who you are..
