Lately I've been enjoying Maor Levi tunes but overall nothing beats Alexisonfire. They are a heavy rock band from Canada; screaming, singing, beautiful yet insane at the same time. Perfect for throwing some weight around.

Mostly i go for some Sander or G&D maybe Danny Howells. i def. look for something i can "plug and play" for some immediate beats i can get into. Alot of techno / minimal i have to listen to for while before i'm "into" it. I believe Desyn will be acompanying me to the gym today ....

i like stuff with no breakdowns

Zabiela doesn't work for me at all for that reason

So I guess you don't like breaks at all or just for working out music? How about Zabiela in general? Oh yeah, but you run, makes sense..

for the runners

LCD Soundsystem -45:33: Nike Original Run

http://www.residentadvisor.net/review-view.aspx?id=4388

James Murphy presented ‘45:33’ as a soundtrack to the perfect run, with all the necessary peaks, troughs and breaks to keep the jogger energized and enthused. The most arduous journey I make in a day, apart from the one from sofa to kitchen, is my 45-minute commute to work, most of which is spent sat on my arse on the tube. How did this self-professed ‘work-out song’ fare as accompaniment?
