My questions are, what are the resolutions on those channels? 720p, 1080i?

And, can the boxes kick out 1080p when they start transmitting it?

Ahh OK. What is the box they provide for this? I only ask since just curious if it can kick out native 1080p when DTV starts providing content in that resolution.

Not to digress, but has anyone watched Ovation TV (channel 274)? Some really cool programming actually....I just "discovered" it a few nights ago.

no one is broadcasting at 1080p. the only things at that resolution are some games , blueray and hd-dvd.
