Harmonic is proud to pair up with the Bonus Level Agency and present a proper closing party to the Winter season at DAMAGED GOODS with the showcase of four very talented DJs, and to celebrate the launch of the BONUSLEVEL website.

Circus Company label head SETY (Mathias Duchemin) will be making his Los Angeles debut, and Harmonic couldn't be more excited. If you're not familiar with Mathias, he has been a fierce and tireless activist within Paris' electronic underground scene, determined to carve out a space for unconventional, experimental dance music. In 1999 he co-founded the Circus Company label, along with fellow artists Kean and Freak, of Nôze; in 10 years, it has grown from a local outpost into an international hub. With a roster including Nôze, Ark, Dave Aju, dOP, Mossa, Guillaume & the Coutu Dumonts and DJ Koze, among many others, Circus Company has become one of Europe's most respected modern house labels.

Sety spent much of the label's history working behind the scenes, aside from a handful of tracks for Circus Company, Karat and Logistic (where he had the honor of remixing the godfather of minimal techno, Robert Hood). But it's become clear that he's not just talented DJ and curator, but also a formidable producer. His 2008 Sweet & Sour EP—which included a beautiful and often-charted remix by Guillaume & the Coutu Dumonts -showed an unusual focused attention to the fusion of tones, textures and grooves in a powerful current of deep house energy. (It was all the more unusual considering that it was his first solo EP release.) Sweet & Sour received enthusiastic support from the likes of Luciano, Daniel Bell, Zip, and Ricardo Villalobos—but you wouldn't need to know that to be swayed by the record's immediacy. Since then, Sety has gone on to remix Butane, and more releases are in store.

Sety's years behind the curtain didn't curtail his activity behind the decks, however. His vision and his versatility have confirmed Sety as one of the most promising artists in a new generation of house musicians. He holds a residency at Paris' Rex Club, where the Circus Company family comes together, and also plays at some of the world's most celebrated clubs—Berlin's Panorama Bar, Zurich's Dachkantine, London's Fabric, São Paulo's D-Edge…If you've ever caught him at any of those places, or perhaps at a party with no name in a building with no address, on a night where you lost your phone and have nothing to prove that it ever happened, you'll recognize the familiar feeling that Sety exudes. As with Circus Company's records, it's a vision of house music that folds its history into something familiar and strange all at once: mercurial, pulsing, unpredictable, sensual, and unforgettable.

Lock your doors and hide your daughters, because Bill Patrick will be making his triumphant return to assist in headlining duties. Coming from a musical background that included various styles from punk to hip hop, new wave to dub, Bill's love for dance music began in 1998 after attending his first New York rave. He frequented the legendary club Twilo and Vinyl almost every Friday until its closing in 2001. In a short time as a DJ, he has piled up an impressive resume with a residency at New York's famed club Arc (formerly Vinyl), played some of the best clubs throughout the world, and has worked alongside many of the scene's most revered DJ's.

He is also one of the co-founders of ROBOTS, a techno collaboration that hosted some of New York City's most successful club events. Since 2004, the group pulled together an impressive list of guests and headliners that included; Sven Vath, Francois K, Luciano, Ellen Allien, Radioactive Man, Tiefschwarz, Michael Mayer, Superpitcher, DJ Three, Mike Shannon, Run Stop Restore, Matthew Dear.....the list goes on and on.

Bill's passport has filled up nicely with international gigs in Mexico City, Costa Rica, Chile, Buenos Aires, and on to Spain, Italy, Norway, Romania and Germany. Over the past couple of years he has been heard on the main floor at Fabric, Cocoon club in Frankfurt, as well as numerous gigs in Ibiza, including the legendary "We Love..." party at Space, and regular appearances for Circo Loco at DC-10. Kick starting 2004 was a New Years Eve set at the world renowned techno club Tresor in Berlin.

Now residing in Berlin, Bill is slated to mix the first cd compilation for Weekend Club as well as focusing on his own production and keeping busy touring Europe. Surrounded by the ceaseless inspiration of friends and artists that thrive in the city he looks forward to taking on the next level of his career.

Opening and closing duties on this grandioso evening of dance music will go to local movers and shakers ALEX VILLALOBOS - the famed resident of the Absurd underground series, as well as Harmonic founder and Avalon resident - JAKE PATRICK.

Added audio and visual stimulation will be present with a boosted sound system and intelligent lighting, setting the mood for a party that will undeniably pop off the chain. Get ready for a night of forward thinking house music from beginning to end, proving to be a collaboration to remember!!
