I was curious how you guys link those moving images as your signatures. I guess I'm just computer illiterate.

two ways:

(1) go into your profile's sig line and insert the following code

EXAMPLE

http://WWW.COOLSITE.COM/PICTURE.GIF

with in front of the http and after the gif

no spaces between the brackets and the picture and the http:// has to be in there. To get the exact url of an image you like right click on it and go down to properties.

NOTE: A lot of people get fired up when you do this because it jacks up their bandwidth costs and its somewhat rude to do it this way.

#2 (the preferred way). Find an image you like, right click on it and use "save image" to save it on your hard drive. In clubplanet Hit post reply as if you are responding to a post. Use the upload file option to upload the image. Then cancel the post. Go to you sig line and insert the following code

http://bbs.clubplanet.com/ubb/uploads/bmitch1114/bmitchcoolsig.gif

substitute the name of the image for "bmitchcoolsig.gif" and your correct screen name if i didn't get it right.

and again but and in front of it and at the end with no spaces in between. I think the image name is case sensitive too.

Hope this helps--now lets see a good sig!!!
