borkinj Posted July 24 Report Share Posted July 24 So I have never been a fan of PVD..think he is boring as shit, but I decided that I would give him another try on friday night. But arrived at TWILO around 2 and saw the 3 mile line and decided to jet. Forever I have been wanting to check out Vinyl. I have always been infatuated with Danny, and have heard so many great things about Vinyl.Well, we get there and its definitly in a shady area, but there was no line, a big happy face on the giant black door and once I walked in it was heaven. This total dark bumpin club. And you know that smell of just dancin people smokin, sweaty, doin whatever,,if anyone has ever been to the FRIDGE in london, well it was the closest atmosphere i found in the states..I just fell in love with it. Not only was the place bumpin, (great sound) but the crowd was energized and young, but not too young. There was a mix of gay and straight, and everyone there definitly followed through with the credo of "come as you are." Well Danny spun some fuckin great tracks. He had so much energy and was getting deep dark and sexy as ever. Just the man. Anyway, if you are not afraid to get down and dirty in one of New Yorks finest I fully reccomend vinyl. ILL HOUSE YOU Posted July 25 Report Share Posted July 25 umm the surrounding blocks of vinyl id consider a shady area at night, considering there is no one living in the buildings surrounding vinyl because everything is under construction...get a clue, no need to be a dick...i dunno but last time i checked dark alleyways and deserted streets is what surrounds vinyl...Danny was off the hook, glad you had a good time bork...the past 2 weeks have been great...
