nineeyes Posted September 12 Report Share Posted September 12 i realize it's boring question but there is a point to it.i've been reading some disturbing articles about 5-htp use and eosinophilia myalgia syndrome (EMS) due to the contaminant called "peak X" http://www.mayohealth.org/mayo/9808/htm/diet.htm anyways, anyone have any updated info on the dangers of using 5-htp? don't want to scare people with wrong info. but just a warning for people to do more research on it.
