I heard him at a rave about 5 years ago & he was awesome, but I never went to Twilo when he was there. Can anyone describe what style of music he spins now? bmlewis Posted September 26 Report Share Posted September 26 The night I saw him at Twilo his flight was delayed and he didn't get there until about 7-8 AM. I thought it would be cool at first, b/c the show would go real late. He spun crap for about an hour than stopped the music. He told us that his records had been stolen at the airport and he had been piecing mostly CD's together for an hour. Granted it's not really his fault, but it would have been a better night if he hadn't tried at all. The Wamdue Kids were doing a good job. I've never seen a headliner clear out a club so fast. Wide range from house to techno to breaks, he even dropped in jungle (no shit).It was really good. superstarmichael Posted September 28 Report Share Posted September 28 josh wink is great, if you see him in the right space. he isn't meant for clubs like twilo, but he should be great in centro-fly, that place seems to have more of his feel to it. i see him all the time in this little club in philly called fluid- he blows the roof off every time i see him. really groovy, psychedelic stuff.
