One of the web development companies I did work for in Colorado needed a graphical designer, and I found him totally by luck. His work is awesome ( http://www.aphelion.org ), and I still work with him (albeit indirectly) to this day.The fact that I was actually able to meet him here in NYC after I moved here was a coincidence; the fact that he's a great person and a pleasure to know was icing on the cake. I'm hoping to cajole him into coming to the next meetup..... he hasn't come out clubbing with us yet, but we'll see how long that lasts now that he's fallen into the spider's web that is CNYC.
