And it may end up being longer or even permanent, if I decide I love SoBe so much that I have to stay.Rent is $850 (rent stabilized buiding), and I will leave it partially furnished depending on who takes it, and what kind of furniture security deposit the person can manage. My apartment is in Kensington, on Ocean Pkwy off Ditmas Av. The F train (Ditmas Av stop) is 5 blocks away. Commute time to midtown Manhattan is about 40 mins.Apartment details:LR 13' x 18', plus 6' x 7.5' that I use for a small dining areaBR 10.5' x 16.5'Kitchen is semi small. Full bathroom.
