Unbound Posted February 18 Report Share Posted February 18 Well I got to back my girlie up this time:JV was off the hook like 2 years ago when they started doing those KTU mix shows from 3-5 with Dangerous Dave BSing through out the whole thing - I got to say JV is who got me into the whole electronic music scene - I fell in love with his music and I took it from there- I got to say back then he was pure progressive trance - those vocal dubs that he did just put me in fawking e-holes (no E required )But when he started his residency at the TUNNEL - besides having bad luck that the management sucking dick - JV was not enough to bring the place back to its former glory - so he went the way of experimentation (of course this is all my opinion) and played hard-as-nails (thanks PFloyd for that expression) tracks that are in favor with those of you that like that hard stuff. - But I got to say that’s not his origin and he is A TRANCE and not a house DJ - just that he is very progressive which kicks ass in my book -nothing but NRG thing for me - but you got to have some vocals, melody, content in there - and JV brought it back (finally) this sat night - two thumbs up from this critic ------------------ Unbound getting UNWOUNDK alwayscomesbac K TëMAAIM: ZUinc2000 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HE played the hottest Tracks and the hardest beats. Johnny played blow the speakers.. back in the beggin of sept. back when people had no clue what that song was. I totally disagree with the statement about johnny bein trancy... he plays Awesome Sets.. He can throw u a hard beat and then Drop A slow beat.. that is his Game.. thats the way he controls the Crowd.Since his Arrival At Sf.. i think he has been way to commerical.. and has been playin some soft shit.. he knows what is hot.. and Hopefully next month at sf.. he will Drop the "SONG".. and Johnny knows what i am talkin about.!!!Peace!!!
