Well I'll throw in my two cents on the issue, I think Jay-Z's bodyguard

carrying a gun was pretty stupid, but that doesn't necessrily mean he

was aware of it or that he was at all involved. All that being said the

I tend to agree that you shouldn't carry illegal weapons around the

streets. The fact is though it's almost imposible to get a carry permit

in NYC. Basicly, the police commisioner approves each license and it's almost

always given on a political basis. So you may have a legal gun that you use at home

or at your place of business and it's still an illegal gun if you carried it

concealed. Now I'm almost positive neither JAy-Z or anyone who works for him is

gonna get approved for a cencealeed license, which is probably why they

were carrying a concealled weapon. Now I don't agree with poeple carrying

illegal weapons for protection, but I understand it, some cab drivers do it

for the same reason, they don't have any political clout to get a weapon,

but if they end up dead the city isn't gonna put your kids through college

or anything so you're willing to take the risk to protect yourself, something I

understand.

And as for JayZ bringing on because his music might be a little harsh, that

just makes no sense I mean look at John lennnon, stephen king, evn john kennedy,

if you're rich or famous some poeple are just gonna want to hunt you down and

harrass you or kill ya no matter how nice you are, it's a fact of modern life.

As for all the racial s tuff some people are commenting on, blackcentepede some others,

I mean come on just let that go, that;s not really gonna help you inthe long run

it's just gonna keep the hate rolling inside. I mean do you think other races are

really all that different? Everybody's got problems, have a little heart, a little soul

man. Anyway that's riff..
