suedenyc Posted April 27 Report Share Posted April 27 Talking about the new Marc Berkley club/bar/lounge in Chelsea called "Heaven". Everything is white (walls, floors, furniture..everything). We were greeted at the door by a man in a white speedo, white platform vinyl boots, no shirt, and big white wings attached to his body.The first bar is split level and filled with video screens playing everything from Shannon to Moby. There is a back chill room of couches called "Purgatory".Upstairs is another really nice bar followed by a nice size dance floor. Last night's DJ was DJ Super Dave. He played a great set of trance, hard house, classic vocal club, classic house and more. It was a great night and a great place.The crowd? Hmm...there were a few parties going on but it's supposed to be a gay place. There were mostly straight people though...tons of beautiful women in skimpy outfits, tons of beautiful men. Women dancing with men, men dancing with men, anything went.
