any women use these sexual techniques?

do any women on this board follow the esoteric sexual practices of tantric or taoist meditation?

have any of you studied tantric sex? how about taoist sexual techniques?

i have studied and practiced taoist (and other chinese) meditation. the philosophy focuses upon conservation of energy through controlled breathing, visualization, and total control of ejaculation (for men). aside from the obviously relaxing benefits of meditation, the taoist practice has helped me to take nearly 100% control of when, if, how hard, and for how long i can come during sex. it also helped me develop a few other interesting skills, based on the echange of energy between the man and the woman that benefit both myself and my female partners.

as for tantric practices, i am clueless but interested. i was wondering if you or someone you know could provide me with insight and/or instruction on tantric practices. i know a few things about it, but not enough to satisfy my curiosity. if you have a serious response, pls PM me. i am not just asking for sex, but i am very interested in learning about tantric sexual practices.

i've heard of it and it sounds interesting. what is your recommendation for beginning my education? is there a good book i can pick up for a quick introduction?

how did you study these techniques, sirdante? did you read some books, take some classes, get a teacher, what? I saw this book called the Multi-Orgasmic Man and I was wondering if it was for real or just a gimmick. please, I want to learn how I can please my girlfriend as much as possible
