jeffkaos Posted June 12 Report Share Posted June 12 they charge you for ALL transactions. A balance check is a transaction i believe, cuz your using their computer for a service. ALSO BE AWARE if you do a transaction with a foreign ATM (one that is not your bank) in addition to being charged $1.50 by the atm's bank YOUR bank will also charge you (usually another $1.50 but this varies from bank 2 bank) for the transaction so you pay 2 fees for using another ATM Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
