i grew up my whole life playing ice hockey and that sport is extremely expensive to play. we have to buy our own equipment from head to toe including ice skates which can be around $300 just for the skates. and when your a kid u grow out of them every year and need a new pair. on top of that we had to pay money to rent out a rink to practice ( and when i was young (in staten island) we didn't even have a rink on the island so we had to drive a half hour to NJ to practice) AND we have to pay for ice time for games to. The sport isn't even sponsored by NYC high schools like the other main sports so we were considered a "club" instead of a "team" anyway my point is.... i forgot... oh yeah... hockey is expensive and unaffordable for most "inner- city youths" - they used to make us stand in the middle of busy intersections with a can and beg for money to raise some capital for ice time and to buy our own jerseys (jersey = $80) what do u need to get started in basketball? sneakers and a ball then u go to the local playground. sorry to ramble on so much i always wondered what ice hockey would be like if more and more blacks started playing. they would probaly revolutionize the game

I used to have the same situation. Me & my girl fought over it all the time. I used to DJ at the Tunnel in the basement (hiphop lounge) back in 98-99 I didn't really want her there. First off she'd fight with me when ever a girl came by the dj booth to request a song or say hello, The fighting was a real distraction. I'd also be distracted just worrying the whole night that a girl was gonna approach the DJ booth while she was there. On top of that she'd be sitting 10 feet away from me and while I was spinning I'd see guys trying to kick it to her which was another major distraction. I had many female friends in the club at that time and I felt very uncomfortable when my girl was there. it would ruin my night. (ps - I was faithful, she was insecure!))

The WWF show at MSG this weekend is called a "house show" which means that it is not "RAW" or "SMACKDOWN" and it is not televised. But one thing is for sure ALL THE SUPERSTARS WILL BE THERE, trust me, I've been to alot of house shows and they have all of the big stars fighting each other. the only thing is there won't be any major turn of events or plots twists in the story line cuz thats only done when all WWF fans across the nation can witness it. Also u don't see as many Lights and Fireworks and there aint really any funny skits or interviews. I personally will only go if its RAW or SMACKDOWN
