What kind of club would it be? Who would you let in? How much would you charge? And BTW can anyone tell me what makes a smart girl like myself drop $30 to get into a club that charges $15 for a mixed drink, is overcrowded, hot, smelly and filled with 18 year olds? mjp22 Posted June 18 Report Share Posted June 18 Would love my own place. Friend of mine bought a club in Miami a few years ago because he didn't like how the waitress in the VIP section treated him. SO he bought the club and fired her then sold it to his cousin. gammateam Posted June 18 Report Share Posted June 18 I prob wouldnt go through the BS of opening my own club. Theres alot of stuff you dont wana be involved with in it. Instead, save some money and just run parties at clubs. If you can pull the heads to start your own club, why not use previous territory and do your own parties, all profit... You work out a deal with the club owner, he hires everyone! All you have to do is make the fliers, and get the people. You take your share and no liability and call it a night! playboychick Posted June 18 Report Share Posted June 18 Back in high school, friends told me they saw me owning a club or modeling agency.Well, neither has come about. I wanted to work in the nightlife industry with the idea of one day owning my own club/lounge. My father gave me some great advice, "Stay away from anything involving liquor!"
