divalicious
Yoga is very nice... It's a low impact workout that improves your flexibility, strength, and muscle tone, depending on the type of yoga you do. Definitely check it out!------------------Is it Friday yet? Peace Love Happiness y'all DivaliciousNYC@aol.com
gwyllion
Definitely a good choice. Yoga is both fun and meditating. It is low impact, but you'll be more sore the next day from yoga than you would from lifting weights or any other exercise. Deep stretching, balance, coordination, and breathing techniques are some of the main focuses. I would suggest starting doing it no more than twice a week, then work your way up once you become more comfortable with your ability. kitkatt
Yoga is simply AMAZING!! The only suggestion I have is to check out different types/places & instructors. Enjoy - it's a wonderful journey!------------------"Limits Exist Only In Your Mind"
shinedancer
Yoga is a great workout and you will be just as sore as you would be from weights. Bikram yoga is a good place to try it out....for $16.00 you get the 1st session and the 2nd session for free. But-the room is kept at about 95 degrees so wear VERY light clothing. The moist heat helps you stretch better.Good luck!
