ldoan Posted July 27 Report Share Posted July 27 New York ID's have a water mark on them that shows up under a blacklight. Thats what they were looking for. Before I turned 21, I had a New York fake and it was so good that it even had the water color mark. It looked exactly like the real ID's under the blacklight.
