I guess the real estate owners got there way during the Giuliani administration by enforcing stricter cabaret liscence rules. Where will the next Twilo be built? Hoboken? Better not be in New Jersey...too far....Don't think I am too lazy! My friends and I used to drive 4 hours to drive from Ithaca to go to TWILO.
