bkissa Posted August 23 Report Share Posted August 23 i just bought a bottle of the stuff last week and didn't pay attention to what time i take the pill. but last nigth i took it an hour before i went to sleep and afer a large dinner.it was the worst night i've had in a long time! nightmares, waking up in cold sweat.....think it was the 5-htp??? im only taking it in the morning from now on.
