jprutig Posted August 27 Report Share Posted August 27 mornin' folks...i was wondering if someone could tell me what i'm doing wrong... i tried to download off of traneaddict, and it appeared that my 'puter d/l'd what i wanted (clicked the window, a new window popped up, and it showed the file name and rate and how much has d/l'd, blah blah blah) once done, the audio player will pop up, and i can play the file. i tried to save it, but i think it just saved the text info because when i looked for it on the hd, it was only 16k. the problem is, when i go to look for it, it's nowhere to be found. i have a mac, and usually when i download, it'll be up on the desktop. does anyone know what i'm doing wrong or what i need to do to fix this? a thousand thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
crazykid Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 not really too sure about how macs work, but try right clicking on the file and "save as", or whatever the mac equivalent might be. and then once it is saved manually open the file with the player. basically try to save the file before you open it.
