Join us at Lumonics as we celebrate "remotely" Burning Man 2001 with a night of live performances, music, art, and expression. Our event is a tribute to the annual Burning Man Festival in Black Rock Desert, Nevada, an experiment in temporary community dedicated to radical self-expression. Themed environments are an integral part of the event.This year's theme at Burning Man 2001 is the seven stages of man (woman). The idea is taken from William Shakespeare's play, As You Like It, and opens with the famous line: "All the World's a stage, And all the men and women merely players..."The evening will include Burning Man video excerpts from previous festivals which capture the flavor of this imaginative experience.
