h2baplaya Posted September 5 Report Share Posted September 5 I was wondering whether or not there were any places in Manhattan that actually give classes one or two nights a week...I always daydream about spinning trance and I've been very into the music since twilo had first opened ...yet, I've never even put a needle on a record. I would like to learn how to spin and I'm even willing to spend a little dough on it. I don't plan on buying myself tables anytime in the near future but nevertheless, I've been dying to learn from another dj. Whether of not there are classes for this, maybe a dj with extra time on their hands would spend some time helping me out...I know this may not be likely but anyone who has ever really wanted to learn or is a dj should understand where I'm coming from...thank you for all your help CP peeps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

peshayone Posted September 5 Report Share Posted September 5 Man, just go buy a set of tables and practice. If you really wanted to learn that would be the first step. If you were really into the music, you would goto record stores and buy records supporting the music that we all tend to listen to. Twilo should not have been the source or reason why you are into "trance" or why you want to become a DJ. Your best bet is to practice and it will come..
