Unfortunately, I think it's based on your Username. So changing computers won't help.

You could create multiple usernames on CP, so that you can vote many times by logging in as a different user. But if you take the time to do that, you've got more problems than even Shady!

I wish they had a way to instead of clicking on radio buttons, to be able to either have multiple selection checkboxes, or have selection box where you can actually select a number ranking and rank from 1 to the number of choices.

You'd only have to alter a little bit of code to make check boxes instead of radio buttons and to allow the user to choose which type of poll they want. They should do that.
