I'm about to fly to NYC in a week or so, I'm from Israel, I'm 19, and I'd like to hear about some clubs to check out, preferably house music playing ones, especially some details about Be Yourself @ Vinyl, since Danny Tenaglia is one of my most favoured DJs ever! ronalds Posted October 29 Report Share Posted October 29 Vinyl is located 6 Hubert street on Hudson St.Danny is usually there every Friday night till Sat.morning at 10:00. 18 and over age limitno glowsticks allowed.no dress code (hence be yourself)minimal searchFairly tight security in club.If you like DT then i would not recommend Exit/Earth(pure cheeze)no vibe at all as opposed to Vinyl which has a vibe like no other in NY. Created by Danny for house music lovers. No fancy decorations. No alcohol served. Just beats after beats till the wee hours of the mourning. Are you kidding me? Friday is the cheeze night. Sunday mornings with JV is great and its all about the music there. It probably has the best vibe in the city right now, though I havent been to Vinyl in a while cause its way too hot and the security are assholes there.
