Its a 3 story house in Park Slope. 3rd floors got an open room right now, pretty decent size too with a sort of balcony. Share a kitchen, living room and bathroom with him.the house has 3 other really cool people living there on the other floors, 2 guys and a girl. all are very very cool, mid twenties.-Park Slope 9th st. bet. 4th and 5th ave. -Right across the street from the N/R/F trains (17 minutes to midtown)-Own Porch-Roof access-$850 split elec. / gas ( bout 30-40 for both)no fee of course. posting it here cause...well, that's the atmosphere.respond or pm if u'r interested. barvybe Posted October 31 Author Report Share Posted October 31 hmmmm...u know, i don't know that area that well. its a block or two from the overpass on 4th ave where the F train goes by and right across from the church on the corner of 4th ave and 9th street. 10 - 15 walk to the clock tower building straight down fourth.great house for parties and stuff too. they got all the dj gear u could ask for and are into all sorts of tunes....
