staceyg5 Posted November 1 Report Share Posted November 1 really don't want to go there but since you're asking...got there around 11:30 and place was pretty dead. when people did come; lets just say they were "interesting" not to mention, i think every female was dressed as a school girl. can we get more original? now the music...breathe staceyweak, lacking direction, poor track selections etc. highlight of the night: around 4ish i got to hear the most cheesiest trance track. put it this way, take your worst pvd overplayed track and mutilpe it by 10. thats how bad it was--eek!at that point, i had to go home. i know when to call it quits...on another note, the sound system was much better since the last time i was there a year ago. shroomy Posted November 1 Report Share Posted November 1 Well besides the company it was a bit of a disapointment.Cowan was spinning mostly. He was jumping around a bit searching for the crowd, but with the disapointment of Steve not showing, the (smallish) crowd was a bit more into the wackyness of halloween than the music.The sound system was great on the dance floor, but needed some tweaking to fill some of the alcove/chill areas better.Also I think DJ's wern't quite used to the mixer yet? But It may have just been me.But still for a wendsday, it was what I needed. Not a blowout but an enjoyable midweek diversion.But the WTC was bad enough, now they caused Lawler to not be able to play.Terrorist Suck!
