beyondo Posted December 15 Report Share Posted December 15 ok guys i went out to dinner with some of my wifes friends and stuff then swung by Crobar for a bit a and found out more about the Edgar V Space situation....(from a very good source.....) appearantly Edgar V got released because he was booked at a club in South America a few months back and the promoters decided to put the logo of club Space on the flyer. wether it was intentional for them to use the Space name or not Louis Puig the owner of Space found out now and fired Edgar along with another employee of Space who was also involved somehow in the party.unreal!!! now as shocked as i am i really cannot believe Space would fire thier head resident since day one over something that was the fault of shaky promoters not related to him.he was booked to spin records not to promote and was not involved in marketing.Of course Space's arrogant attitude is probably like who cares we have so and so every week and blah blah blah...but once again theyve done a big mistake. you can find former disgruntled Space employees all over Clubs in Miami.Tomorrow Edgar V is STILL spinning at Stereo tomorrow which was arranged months before. so i urge you guys who always say you support "real" people out there tomorrow (saturday)!! we have swtiched plans from Rain to go to Stereo...my first time there but its cuz of Edgar !!!way to go Space !!!! another blunder :( :( :( oh also use that e mail to Louis handy he let us have a while back !!! let him know your thoughtsSpaceowner@aol.com see if he replies Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have met him a couple times, but I support him because I like his track selection. Now I do like Oscar G, but don't have a real reason to go to Space anymore that's all.Props to Space if they can fill his spot successfully. In my opinion, he made your club what it is.Shit, the only reason Saturdays were SO succcessful because anywhere in America Saturdays are always more crowded than Fridays.
