Floor of dreams PARTY promoters won't be called upon to work their Rolodexes at the planned new nightclub Discotheque. Owners Frank McHugh and Francois Emond are using big-name deejays like Dimitri from Paris, Roger Sanchez and Frankie Knuckles instead of fast-talking scenesters to pack their 10,000-square-foot venue.
