Animosity when dancing does not imply hatred and anger, and the right amount of animosity helps me get OPEN. Oh I know exactly what you are saying... I think that's one of the reasons why I love deep, dark, evil beats the best! The worse my week has been, the more I want to get out there on the floor, close my eyes, and just lose myself to the music. And no way did I know how to dance when I first started clubbing! Top that off with being really shy and imagining all eyes pointed towards me... but eventually enough time was spent practicing in front of a mirror, and finally I could just go out there and feel the rhythm and let go. Now don't get me wrong, I love hearing someone tell me I'm a good dancer, and seeing people watch me, but what it comes down to the way it makes me feel.
