I order tuna rolls inside out, salmon rolls with cream cheese (whatever you call them), tuna sashimi and whatever else seems like a good idea at the time...sometimes lobster rolls or shrimp tempera rolls and usually some edamame all washed down with sappora, ichiban, or something comparable and sake....um um good...

no shrimp for me. (allergic to shellfish.)

never mind the sapporo - it's actually a domestic brew.

ichiban is good.

TSING TAO is the best (though chinese, not japanese.)

^^ the beer brewed AND enjoyed by chinese peasants/locals.

i'm all about:

- edamame (or starters)

- spicy tuna roll

- yellowtail & avacado roll

- fatty tuna sashimi (a little tastier than regular tuna)

- salmon sashimi

- ... & just about anything else that looks good.

the salmon & cream cheese roll

could actually be called one of two

things depending on how it's prepared.

either 'alaska' or 'philadelphia'...

i think it has to do with whether or not

fatty tuna or spicy tuna is used.

had uni once.

it does Not agree with me.
