jealousjalky Posted March 5 Report Share Posted March 5 are any of you st. germain fans? french dj Ludovic Navarre released an album under the name st. germain in 2000 called tourist and it was amazing. now he is putting out an album that was released in europe back in 1995 called Boulevard. i don't know why it took so long to come to america but i am glad it is coming. i had bought the import of boulevard after i heard tourist and i like it even better. the way he mixes jazz and house beats sounds amazing. you would think it might sound a liittle outdated but it still sounds fresh after 7 years. i would suggest picking up tourist to get a feel for st. germain. tourist deservingly made many publications top of 2000 lists. And i would'nt be suprised when i see boulevard on many american publications top of 2002. boulavard is being released march 26th with 2 new songs that were not on the import. so i will be buying it even though i already own boulevard.
