Quite possibe; but the older Venues that have closed (Warehouse / Players, etc..) will have their Lisc most likely bough out by the new owners.. so technically there will be other clubs downtown w/ Lisc. but i doubt any Brand New "built" venues will get any...
but $ talks so who knows...
