I say good deal if it's true... Smart to easily buy a temporary 24 Liq. Lisc. just for Conf. (if I had the dough or investors I'd do it and only be open for Conf.)

Casino traffic is completely different than SoBe traffic...
the demo of the people around the Casino usually have to travel 15min or more to get there and on a tough weekend its more noticable than the beach, which pretty much always has some type of traffic.
I'm not sayin' its gonna be packed like Sat. but I don't exepect a ghost-town either 8) I have strange feeling a good amount of people who are afraid to go on NYE will prob go out Friday night instead and do thier "house / private" party thing on NYE.
Who knows, only one way to find out

Actually Mr Saleen this is OLD news...
I told you months ago, i even thought about getting a gig there bcz it was such a big club and they were going to outdo scarlets... and go for a latenight dance music crowd on one of the floors.
I was supposed to be open before the hell-a-daze season but ran late as most big projects do... the old toot's had some of the best selection in women but the place was close to a dump, this new one should be nice, and it's near the old one too
I'll prob stop by after the hype dies down... and actually Most clubs in the states suck (compared to Europe and Latin America) but for the States Toot's and Scar's are in the top 10 for U.S. spots

DJ Aladdin (San Fran) should have contacted you by now...
He currently does a lil nu-jazz / deep house thing w/ live percussion @ Segafrados (however u spellit) on Lincoln Rd.
We played there together YEARS ago when it was Lounge 16 and he's very good and a cool guy. He actually brought a bunch of people the night i played, and hoped he would have kept in touch w/ you guys... if you don't already have someone let me know I'll call him
either way you should be seeing a lot more of me @ b.b.
