  1. so i take uve learned some new moves from keeping w/ the show
  2. if u eat before make sure its at least a hour to a hour n half+ before u workout(and make sure that you dont eat fast, like if u are in a hurry...because the faster u eat the longer it takes to digest)...i usually eat after i work out...what i usually do is take a shake right after i workout and than when i get home i eat (dinner)...i tend to workout after 9pm
  3. Your right....... you need to burn more than you take in... you dont start burning fat till about 20 to 25 into cardio. Remember that you dont have to kill yourself but just it going for a long period of time I work out 5 days a week keep the carbs low dont drink beer Cadio for an hour then work out for about 30 minutes its tough but i have taken off the beer weight true...i do the opposite...my work out is usually between a good hour to 2 hours, abs/leg raises in between...and than i end it w/ cardio for a good 20mins, all depends which part of my body im working on

  5. yea that happened to me once, i forgot which bartender it was... assassin doesn't let that go by, that's y keep going back...plus the service i get is always superb even tho im more of a corona drinker, dont even know the meaning of 20% anymore
  6. i dont drink during the week and as far as i know half the ppl on this board owes me at least a drink for the rest of the year... lol listen u wanna-be-mod, i have given you drink tickets before so stop complaining ... : okay peter pan! im not complaining its just a fact, ur drink tickets dont compare to my drinks tho lol...its all good. i used to give out my drink passes back in the day too... im not really crying for every dollar that i spend on other people cuz we were all having a good time... in renzo's words.....GHEY! It's going to be a hard life if you keep track of everyone who owes you 10 bucks bro dont worry i was joking and im not french at heart...everytime i come down and i enjoy buying drinks for people that i know, i never ask them for them to buy me a drink and dont expect anyone to buy me one later, but every now and than is nice dont get me wrong...im not cheap, everytime im @ space my tab is bout 200 bucks on beer, half of that is for ppl on here...no biggie

I still think going to the gym should be ur main priority, not talking bout him but just for anyone in general...yea u can start diets and drink whatever but u have to get in the whole habit of eating, drinking water, sometimes alcohol, and ur daily workout routine...walking for 20 mins to start off helps too
  8. don't worry u haven't offended me and it takes alot too...but ive noticed the only way for u to get back at someone is to say something of that sort...hence what u said to Rick the other month or 2 ago...only lil girlies do things like that. U don't have to say things of that sort to boost ur self esteem or think that you will get an audience to applaud you...don't blow things out of porpotioned and think u speak for the city of miami when it comes to nightlife, just let it go. i never applied, u can quit being a cocksucker now

  14. sounds like a party, how about the average user that enjoys the same type of music and could careless about the word "women" that you clearly stated a few times, they already have enough "girl friends" and would feel bored if u know what i mean...are they welcome as well? all types of people browse thru this site...as a retired promoter, that is the way i would promote my party. regardless Amika is always fun, best of luck w/ the event.
