Get real, Johnny vicious sucks. I heard him spin many times. Commercial europop trance lite. To even mention him in the same sentence of Danny or JV (although im not the bigges junior fan) is a crime. He plays the same stuff everytime ive heard him and he just starts and goes no where. No ride, no nothing. just one commercial track after another. Any DJ can do that. Johnny vicious was totally amazing when "react" came out like years ago already... it was a groundbreaking cutting edge song. Now every song sounds the same. God bless him on such a huge success but Tunnel will never be like it was with DT there. That place had a VIBE. Only Danny can take you on a ride like that.

Soundfactory definetely has the freak....I was a factory head...but got tired of the same music every week....packed crack heads, 45 minute vocals of whitney singing my love and so on.... VINYL IS THE ANSWER>>>>>>>

I must admit im a diehard Danny Tenaglia fan, [ hoping to see S&D for the first time this friday, danny's in london. ] but this CD kicks ass. Danny plays a lot of stuff on there, a lot of hooj choons are on there, West on 27th, Roaches..etc. The Digweed mix of the baguio track is slammin, DT has been bangin that for months now. Also that 'ruhe' by schiller which is actually track 9 on disc 2 (misprint), whew...sick! If they are anything like this live, I cant wait for friday! -Adam

VINYL IS THE ANSWER>>>> Fridays at Vinyl is my regular spot. Ive done it all, everyone else and everyplace else gets repetitive. Same shit every week at SF and other places. Danny keeps it totallt fresh every week and he's the best in town!

I believe Diggers has been playing "flash" as well now too. Diggers and DT have been trading styles now which is cool. Trance is on the way out people, its gone commercial, and lost that underground feel. I never was on the trance wagon but why would you want to hear that same melodic synth thing all night? Thats what commercial places play now. Tech house is coming! (been here actually!) I think the whole scene is moving more into dark house and techy stuff. People dont want the cheese anymore. If S & D arent there, go check out Danny Tenaglia and vinyl and see where house is right now, amazingly refreshing compared to all the europop trance everyone is playing at the other clubs. Whats the point of going to a bunch of different clubs with different dj's playing the same stuff? Thats not a DJ, its a jukebox.
